We are living in 21st century and this century is more dynamic than others century. Trend of joint families is decreasing drastically. Problems are increasing in the society such as unemployment, Inflation etc and people are so stressed that they are committing suicide under stress as they are not able to manage the stress. Mostly people are living under stress and rate of suicide is increasing continuously as people are not aware about psychological diseases also .
If you seen any people in any stress just help them by asking their problem and try to resolve it. If we start in among us then, one day you find  that by this trend your next generation will get benefited  beacsue they will get a trend to help each other and to resolve the problem among themselves as today is a trend to pulling leg of neighbour or the colleague in most cases. We need to change our attitude and such type of culture. Today we should start a trend to help the neighbor and try to make good relationships as we find the mostly case of disputes among neighbors while the very close person is our neighbors and if we make good relationships with him just think that your mostly problem will be killed on the spot. If we have to sacrifice then it is should be for neighbors or colleagues to reduce their stress beacsue 90% stress comes from the neighbour or colleague directly or indirectly and we turn towards stress /fight /helpless /suicide so pls implement this thing in your life and I am 101% sure your life become easy you never turn towards suicide.
